Updates Regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Please note: The Drive-Thru Windows and Walk-Up Windows will remain open for account assistance. You may also schedule an appointment for Member Service in advance.

The Holy Family branch remains temporarily closed.

Monday-Thursday: 8:30AM-4:30PM
Friday: 8AM-6:30PM
Saturday: 9AM-12PM

Increased Safety Standards:
The guidelines below are designed for the protection of our staff, members, and the community.
  • If you or a member of your household are feeling sick or experiencing a fever, cough, sore throat, etc., we ask that you do not visit a branch.
  • Anyone over the age of 3 must wear a mask or protective face covering while in an Align branch.
  • You will be asked to briefly remove your mask in order to complete proper identification procedures.
  • Hats, hoods, and/or sunglasses are not allowed to be worn in the branch at any time.
  • Maintain a distance of at least 6 feet between yourself and others in the lobby.
What to Expect When You Enter a Lobby:
Banking at a branch looks a little different.  We have updated our operations to ensure a safe environment for staff and members and appreciate your understanding as we work through these challenging times together.
  • When entering the branch, you will be asked to briefly remove your mask to verify your identity.
  • You may be asked to wait in your vehicle or outside to comply with social distancing guidelines.
  • You may access your safe deposit box without an appointment.  Only one member is allowed in the safe deposit box area at a time.
  • Member service appointments may be booked in advance.  Schedule an appointment now.

CARES Economic Relief Payment
As part of the CARES Act, the Treasury Department and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) have announced that the distribution of economic impact payments will be distributed automatically, with no action required for most people. However, some taxpayers who typically do not file returns will need to submit a simple tax return to receive the economic impact payment. Align VISA® CURewards Debit & Credit Cards
With an Align VISA® CURewards Debit or Credit Card, you can make purchases anywhere you see the VISA® logo, including online, over the phone, and in stores.  With EMV chip protection, you have secure and quick access to your funds.

Financial Relief Solutions
We want you to be aware we are here for you during these trying times.  If you are having trouble paying your Align Credit Union loan(s) due to loss of employment or inability to work, please contact our Loan Assistance Group at (978) 323-8089. 
Align Credit Union prides itself on outstanding member service.  During the current state of emergency, communication is extremely important and will be paramount in our ability to provide you with assistance.  Please speak with us before working with any third party organizations, as they may charge fees for their services and the potential for scams can increase during this time of economic downturn. 
Please note if you are currently unable to leave the house but have the means to make your monthly payment, we can assist you with a variety of payment channels.

FREE Credit Reports

Staying on top of your credit report is one important tool to help manage your financial data. Your credit report has information about your credit history and payment history — information that lenders, creditors, and other businesses use when giving you loans or credit. 
Now it’s easier than ever to check your credit more often. That’s because everyone is eligible to get free weekly credit reports from the three national credit reporting agencies: Equifax, Experian, and Transunion. To get your free reports, go to The credit reporting agencies are making these reports free for the next year.

We understand that the business landscape has changed due to the effects of COVID-19 and we are here to help.  We are ready to support you with the resources and solutions you need to manage your business during this difficult time.
The U.S. Small Business Administration’s Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program provides disaster loan assistance for businesses, private non-profits, homeowners and renters.  Learn more about the program by visiting the SBA’s application page.

Fraud & Scam Prevention
Scammers are already taking advantage of the fears surrounding the Coronavirus (COVID-19).  Beware of websites selling bogus products, as well as fake emails, texts, and social media posts.  These types of tactics are used to steal your personal information and/or your money.  Here are some tips from the Federal Trade Commission to protect yourself and your family.

  • Increased cleaning and sanitizing of workspaces and public areas, including branch lobbies and ATMs.
  • Educating staff about prevention and preparedness.
  • Instructing employees to stay home if they don’t feel well.
  • Adjusting branch hours and lobby availability as needed.
  • Holding virtual meetings as needed.
  • Expanding remote work capabilities so that staff can work from home and ensure all key functions are operational.
  • Canceled events and business travel for the immediate future.
