Our History
Inlign Insurance was launched in January of 2020 by Align Credit Union to offer the best personal and business insurance in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Inlign is located in Align’s branches in Amesbury, Danvers, Framingham, Haverhill, Lowell, Methuen and Wilmington, Massachusetts and Seabrook, New Hampshire.
Management Team
LeeAnne Powers has over 25 years of experience as an insurance agent and was the Director of Credit Union Marketing at the Insurance Center of New England for seven years. In 2017, she joined Align Credit Union and in 2020, helped launch Align’s insurance company, Inlign Insurance.
LeeAnne has participated in many charitable events with Align’s Community Crew volunteer organization and is a member of the Womens Business League. When not in the office, she can be found spending time with her wonderful family on the seacoast of New Hampshire.
Tom Hammond is EVP/CFO at Align Credit Union and President/CEO at Inlign Insurance. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, including the Massachusetts Division of Banks.
Tom has been with Align Credit Union since 2000. During his tenure, Align has increased its number of branches, added multiple counties to its field of Membership and expanded its products and services to 28,000 Members and growing. In 2020, he was instrumental in creating Inlign Insurance, working closely with the Massachusetts Division of Banks and Division of Insurance.
Tom is committed to upholding Align’s mission of providing expert guidance and the right financial tools, building meaningful connections with Members and delivering exceptional service; and he carries that Member-centric mission to Inlign and its clients.
In the community, Tom is on the Board of Directors of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Lowell, which serves over 300 kids and teens everyday with the mission of breaking the cycle of generational poverty in greater Lowell.
