Member Scam Alert:

Members should be aware of a recent scam where individuals falsely claim to represent Align Credit Union. These callers might say a debit card transaction was attempted and ask you to verify your personal information. If you receive such a call, do not provide any details. With customized text and email alerts for your Align VISA® Debit or Credit Card, you can stay on top of account activity and protect against fraud. You can pick alerts that fit your needs and sign up is free*, fast, and easy. Align can help you stay connected and informed about your finances.

Debit Card Alerts

Receive a customized transaction alert via text message* or email for:

  • Purchases make over a selected amount
  • International purchases
  • Online purchases
  • Declined transactions

Login to Online Banking to register for alerts.

Credit Card Alerts

Choose to receive text message* or email alerts about what's most important to you:

  • Account reminders, including payment due date
  • Transactions exceeding a specific dollar amount
  • Transactions made outside of the U.S.
  • Help to detect possible fraud**

Login to Online Banking, view Credit Card information and click on Member Alerts.
