Dormant Account Fee Error: We have identified an issue that caused dormant account fees to be applied to some checking accounts that may not have met the dormancy criteria. We are currently reviewing affected accounts and making any necessary corrections. Fees that were applied in error will be refunded, while fees that were correctly assessed based on account activity and dormancy status will remain in place.
